Through your committee

For anything about dues, bills or house records, your community’s committee or treasurer is usually fastest — or use Lapor Pengurus (Report to the committee) in the app.

Get the app

The Android app is on Google Play. An App Store version will follow.

Who is behind Sawargi

Sawargi is built by Furontorumu, a registered software business (NIB) based in Bandung, Indonesia. The NIB number and the operator’s identity are set out in the Privacy Policy. We are open Senin–Jumat, 09.00–17.00 WIB — outside those hours messages still arrive and are answered on the next working day.

Common questions

How does a resident sign up?

Install the app, choose "Daftar" (Register), enter the community code from your committee, then pick your house and occupancy status. The account becomes active once the committee verifies it.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen choose "Lupa kata sandi" (Forgot password). A verification code is emailed to you so you can set a new one.

The invitation email never arrived.

Check the Spam and Promotions folders first. If it is genuinely missing, ask the committee to send the invitation again, or contact us with your community name and email address.

My dues bill is not showing.

Bills are only raised from your house’s dues start date, and only for periods that have begun. If you think one is missing, speak to your community’s treasurer.

I have paid but it still shows as unpaid.

Manual payments (transfer or cash) are recorded by the treasurer once verified, so yours may not be processed yet. Online payments change status automatically within a few minutes.

How do we change subscription plan?

The chair or the treasurer can request a plan change from the Subscription menu in the app. We process it, and you are notified once it is approved.

Can residents pay their dues online?

Yes, on the Premium plan: a resident pays from the app through the community’s own payment gateway and the bill settles itself. Without a gateway, payments (transfer, cash, QRIS) are recorded by the treasurer through whichever payment channels the community has set up.

What about residents with no smartphone?

The dues are still recorded against their house, and the treasurer can record the payment by hand. Reminders can go to the house’s contact number, so a resident without the app is still covered.

Is our community’s data safe?

Each community only ever sees its own data — they are kept apart — the app reaches the server through a verified API rather than talking to the database directly, and sensitive data is stored encrypted. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do we add or change committee members?

The chair or vice chair can assign roles (treasurer, general committee and the rest) to any active resident from the user-management menu in the app.

Is there a trial, and what does it cost?

Every new community starts on a free trial. After that the cost is per community, not per resident, according to the plan — see the Pricing page. There is no long-term contract.
