Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 September 2026
By registering for or using the Sawargi app and services provided by Furontorumu ("we", "us"), you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the service.
1. About the service
Sawargi is a finance and membership management app for communities such as an RT, RW, paguyuban, housing estate or gated cluster. It is provided as software as a service (SaaS) and accessed through a mobile app.
2. Community registration and accounts
- A community is registered by an authorised representative; we verify it before activating it.
- The first administrator account goes to the chair, who can then add committee members and residents.
- Residents register with the community code and become active only once the committee verifies them.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
- One email address may hold membership in more than one community.
3. Responsibility for data and content
- Your community is responsible for the accuracy of the resident, house and financial records it enters, and for having the authority to include other people's data.
- You are responsible for the content you upload (listings, business profiles, reports, documents, photos) and warrant that it breaks no law and infringes nobody's rights.
- We provide record-keeping tools — we do not set the level of any dues, collect residents' money, or give financial or accounting advice.
4. Prohibited use
- Using the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for gambling.
- Uploading content that is misleading, defamatory, indecent, or infringes copyright.
- Attempting to reach another community's data, breach security, or disrupt availability.
- Misusing the emergency/SOS feature for false alarms.
- Using the service to send spam or to pursue debts unrelated to the community.
A breach may lead to suspension or termination of the account or the community's subscription.
5. Marketplace and business profiles
The marketplace and the business directory are notice boards. Transactions happen directly between buyer and seller outside the app; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for the quality of goods or services, for payment, or for any dispute that arises. The committee may take down a listing that breaches these terms.
6. Subscription and payment
- Plans and prices are on the Pricing page. The subscription fee is what the community pays us, and is a different thing from the dues residents pay the community.
- The Free plan is a trial with a time limit and a quota.
- Subscription invoices are issued per plan period. If an invoice goes unpaid past the grace period, access may be restricted to read-only, and may then be stopped.
- Plan changes are requested from inside the app and take effect once we approve them. Adding household quota mid-period may be charged pro rata for the remainder of the period.
- Payments already made are in principle non-refundable, unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect in the next period.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for loss arising from use of the service is limited to the subscription fees your community has paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by data a user entered incorrectly.
9. Termination
- A community may end its subscription at any time by telling us.
- We may suspend or terminate the service where these terms are breached or payment obligations are not met.
- After termination, a copy of the community's data may be requested within a reasonable period before the data is deleted under our retention policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect counts as acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first seek to settle any dispute by discussion.
12. Operator identity
The Sawargi service is operated by Harry Nuril Anwar as the owner of a sole proprietorship (usaha perorangan) lawfully registered in the Republic of Indonesia under NIB 2008260082433 and trading as Furontorumu, based in Bandung, Indonesia.
