Neighbourhood cash and dues, in order, in one app
A committee records the cash book and collects dues from one app. Residents read the reports and their own bills whenever they like.
From Rp75.000/month for a whole community · 30-day free trial · No long-term contract
Running the neighbourhood cash should not be exhausting
Records scattered across books, residents wondering where the dues went, arrears nobody can trace. Sawargi puts all of it in order, and the people paying can read the report themselves.
Nothing goes missing
Every transaction is stored with its photo proof and the name of whoever recorded it.
Residents can check for themselves
Reports and bills are open to residents at any time. Far fewer questions reach the committee.
Billing runs itself
Monthly bills and their reminders raise themselves. The committee just records who has paid.
Three questions. Ten seconds.
Answer without opening the cash book, a banking app, or the committee WhatsApp group.
QUESTION 1 OF 3
How much cash does your community have left today?
What a committee and its residents need
From cash and dues through to the marketplace, news and emergency alerts. Which features are active follows the plan you choose.
A cash book everyone can see
Record every payment in and out with a category, a cash pocket and a photo of the receipt. The balance is computed, not typed, and residents can read it.
Dues that raise themselves
Monthly and yearly bills are raised automatically for every house, with reminders, an optional late fee, and a payment history per household.
Reports ready to hand over
Daily, monthly and yearly reports, plus the arrears list and a payment history per type of dues. All of it exportable.
Residents and houses
Manage blocks, houses and occupants with their status. Residents sign themselves up and the committee verifies them.
News and resident reports
Send official announcements to every resident, and receive complaints and reports in one recorded thread.
Marketplace and local business
Residents sell goods and services to their neighbours, and home businesses get a profile people can find.
Emergency / SOS
One slide broadcasts an emergency alert to the committee, the guards, or the whole neighbourhood. Whoever receives it can acknowledge straight away.
Security guards and attendance
A directory of guards, their roster, shift check-in and check-out, and where a guard is while on duty.
Sawargi AI
Record cash and dues payments straight from WhatsApp, scan receipts, and draft announcements. The AI prepares it, the committee confirms it.
This is what it looks like

Three steps, no fuss
Register your community
A short form. We need the community name, its type, and the chair who will be its first administrator.
We verify it
We check your registration, then create the chair’s account and email it to them.
Invite the residents
Add your blocks and houses. After that residents sign themselves up with your community code.
Please check before you trust us
You would be handing us a neighbourhood’s cash records. Here is what you can verify about us right now, before signing up for anything.
We have a name and an address
Built by Furontorumu, a software business with a registered licence (NIB) in Bandung, Indonesia. Our WhatsApp number is answered by a person, Senin–Jumat, 09.00–17.00 WIB.
We name where the data goes
The privacy policy lists every third party by name , including the AI and WhatsApp Business providers. It also sets out what is sent to each of them, and when nothing is sent at all.
The data stays yours
Export to Excel and PDF whenever you like. If you end a subscription we delete nothing: the community turns read-only and every record stays downloadable. If you do want it gone, there is a route for that.
The screenshots on this site come from the running app. We write the release status plainly too, including while it cannot yet be installed by the public.
Which plan fits your community?
One subscription covers the whole community rather than counting each resident. What separates the plans is the number of households and a few extra features.

Can we try it for free?
Yes. Every new community gets a 30-day trial, at no cost and with no credit card, so you can test cash and dues recording before deciding. During the trial the household count is capped at 30, and three Basic-tier features stay off: News & announcements, the document repository, and Resident Reports. All three switch on when you subscribe.
How do automatic dues work?
You set the name, the amount and the schedule (monthly, yearly or one-off). The current period’s bill is raised automatically for every house, and when a payment is recorded the bill is settled and booked as cash income in the same step.
What about residents who have no smartphone?
Not a problem. Dues attach to the house rather than to a person. The committee can record a payment for a house whose occupants have no account, and reminders go to that house’s contact email (free) or, failing that, to its contact number over WhatsApp.
What does the payment gateway cost, and who pays it?
Sawargi takes no cut of resident dues. The only cost is the gateway provider’s own fee (MDR), set by that provider and the payment type; QRIS is typically around 0.7%. Because the gateway account belongs to the community, that rate is your agreement with the provider, not with us. In the app the committee chooses who bears it: the community cash (the default), or added to the resident’s bill.
Can you really record cash over WhatsApp?
Yes. Since the latest version the same thing is available as a chat inside the app ("Asisten AI"), which uses no WhatsApp quota at all. The treasurer writes a message like "beli galon 5 total 45rb", or photographs the receipt. The system reads it and replies with a summary, and the transaction is only written once the treasurer approves. Resident dues payments can be recorded the same way.
Is our financial data safe?
Each community’s data is separate and reachable only by that community’s members, according to their role. Every permission check happens on the server rather than in the app, so it cannot be worked around from a phone.
