Automatic dues & billing
All plansMonthly, yearly or one-off dues. The current period’s bill is raised automatically, and recording a payment settles it and books the income in one step.
Arrears & late fees
All plansArrears are computed for you, with payments applied to the oldest bill first. An optional late fee can be switched on per community, with the amount set per type of dues.
Waiving a bill
All plansAn outstanding bill that will genuinely never be collected can be waived, so it stops counting as a resident’s debt.
Reports & recaps

Record cash and dues payments from WhatsApp
No time to open the app? The treasurer sends an ordinary message — or photographs the receipt — to the Sawargi WhatsApp number. The AI reads it, drafts the transaction or the dues payment, and writes it to the cash book as soon as you reply “YA” (yes).

Look for yourself before you sign up
The app has a demo mode: on the sign-in screen, choose "Coba fitur demo". Pick a role — chair, treasurer, resident or security guard — and walk through the whole app on sample data. Record cash, pay a bill, send a report; all of it works.
No account to create, none of your community’s data to enter, and nothing is stored — demo mode is not connected to the server at all.
