Turn a receipt into a transaction, record and pay dues by chatting in the app (or over WhatsApp), help write news posts and listings, summarise and read the finances, and answer residents through the Tanya Sawargi assistant. The AI only drafts — a committee member still checks before anything is saved. Switching it on is free and every new community receives 50 starter operations; after that, operation quota is Rp75 each and never expires.

Send dues reminders over WhatsApp to houses that neither app notifications nor email can reach. Turning the channel on is free; what you buy is the message quota, Rp450 each and never expiring — that per-message cost is charged by Meta, not by us. App notifications and email reminders are always free and are always tried first.
Standard & PremiumWorth knowing
- The prices above are what the community pays Sawargi — a different thing from the dues residents pay the community.
- Subscriptions can be paid online or by manual transfer.
- Plan changes are requested from inside the app and we process them promptly.
- Add-ons (household quota, Sawargi AI, WhatsApp reminders) are available on the Standard and Premium plans — each price is on the cards above.
- WhatsApp reminders only go to houses that have a contact number and where no occupant is using the app — a house that has the app keeps the free notification. Fill in the house contact numbers first for this add-on to do anything.
- Online dues payment (Premium) runs through the community's own payment gateway account — the money lands in your account and we take no cut. The provider's MDR fee (QRIS is typically around 0.7%) can be borne by the community cash or added to the resident's bill; the committee chooses.
- During the trial the quota is 30 households, and three Basic features — News & announcements, the document repository, and Reports to the committee — are not yet active; all three switch on when you subscribe. The Trial column in the table above shows exactly which.
- Subscription payments already made are in principle non-refundable (see Terms of Service, section 6). That matters most for annual payments — if you are unsure, start monthly, or use the 30-day trial first.
